These terms describe the intended conditions for using Drille Logistics booking and delivery services. They are not a final legal agreement.

Booking information

Customers should provide accurate pickup and delivery locations, contact information, package descriptions, and any access instructions needed to complete a delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the sender and recipient can be contacted.

Service availability

Delivery requests are subject to operational coverage, rider availability, route suitability, and package acceptance. Drille currently focuses on packages suitable for motorcycle transport. The platform may decline requests that fall outside supported routes or service conditions.

Restricted packages

Customers must not submit illegal, dangerous, prohibited, or improperly packaged items. Drille may decline packages that cannot be transported safely or lawfully.

Pricing and payment

Displayed prices are estimates until verified by the booking system. Applicable charges and payment arrangements are presented before confirmation. One-off bookings may require payment before dispatch; approved business accounts may have separate wallet arrangements.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, subject to the specific circumstances of the booking and applicable law.

Service updates

Drille may update its services, service areas, and operating processes. Material terms should be reviewed and approved before the public launch.
